People nowadays want everything fast and quick. They think it is just like their food, which isn’t the case in fitness. It takes time, and it requires dedication and commitment to reap the results.
You didn’t get to the bad shape or posture you are now in a single day or week. So how can you expect to see results and change within a week or a month?
It might even take a year. What you need is that you have to stay focused and committed. Every day take a step forward towards your goal, to where you want to be and who you want to become. Don’t stop till you get there, and always remember impossible is nothing.
Inching forward a little is better than staying stagnant. So start moving and stop not till you reach your goal!!
