Mr. Shyam weighed 98 kgs when we started. He wanted to reduce his weight and look fit and sturdy and not flabby and bulky as he was. I helped him with floor exercises and other fitness training routines during the one to one sessions, and as a result, he reduced weight quickly. Of course, this was possible because I had changed his diet too.
He was very cooperative and duly followed the regime I prescribed and because of that, we were able to see the results quickly. The journey continues, and I will keep you posted.

Mr Vinodh was an avid gym-goer for the past 5 years, but he wanted to take it to the next level. So, we aimed to add, as much lean muscle as possible, on the frame, without much increase in weight.
So, we went with a high protein diet and carbs to mostly pre and post workouts with limited quantity, spread throughout the day.
